Choice Healthcare 24 was founded by healthcare professionals with vast experience and knowledge in Mental Health settings including acute services, secure services, brain injury services, community care services and learning disability services. We operate a safe and efficient practice in a person-centred manner, keep an up-to-date record of training and development. This ensures that our staff provide an enabling service, which recognizes the differing needs of all our service users.

Christina Lee
Resourcer / Compliance
I have been with Choice since June 2023, and I am really enjoying my time here! My job is to make sure all the staff’s compliance is constantly up to date and to ensure they are ready to work. Within Choice Helathcare24, we go above and beyond to ensure that our clients’ needs are met. My role includes ensuring that mandatory/ PMVA training sessions, DBS’s and right to work checks are always all up to date. I also help assist with recruiting new staff to join us, I am continuing to grow and learn and love being a part of the team.
Amie Smith
Rota Co-ordinator
I have been working within Choice Healthcare24 since October 2021 as a Business Admin Level 3 Trainee. Eventually, I worked my way up to an apprenticeship role, which I completed in March 2023. During that time, I also took on the role of Rota Coordinator. My primary responsibilities include managing the rotas and any incoming shifts. I truly love to work here, and I've grown and learned so much as a person and that will help me reach my career goals!

Training
All staff who are registered with Choice Healthcare 24 have a traceable and up-to-date record of training and development. Choice Healthcare 24 trains its staff on all mandatory courses that places them on equal footing with core staff of any institution or healthcare setting they are assigned.

Nursing Agency
We provide registered nurses, healthcare assistants and support workers for last-minute shift cover, contract and temporary placements to the care industry ranging from NHS Trusts to Private sector organisations including residential homes, nursing homes and learning disability homes.
