We operate a safe and efficient practice in a person-centred manner, keep an up-to-date record of training and development. This ensures that our staff provide an enabling service, which recognizes the differing needs of all our service users.
Recruitment
Temp To Perm
This is quite favourable with our existing clients; we supply temporarily but any member of staff you feel fits well with your service you rebook for 12 weeks continuously. After the 12 weeks, you can then have that staff member on your team and not invoiced through the agency.
Temp Cover
